Beautiful pen and functional fantastically.
The Maverick model feels like it was designed for my writing angle, grip angle and hand. The fit and finish is excellent. The Stratified resin material is mesmerizing to look at. I love that the section uses the same Stratified resin and not a different color. I always see something new in the pen. The medium stainless steel Jowo nib is smooth with a subtle hint of feedback that helps me to keep the nib from being too slick. Jon and Abbie are wonderful pen makers and people who will bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy! I wholehearted recommend Maverick Pens!

What a gorgeous nib holder. I love the touch of pink inlay on the "butt" of the holder. It not only looks beautiful, it is very comfortable in the hand. Love it!!

I'd been looking for a nib holder to match my collection for almost a year. I can't believe I got my hands on such a perfect piece. It is the perfect mix of pastels and has iridescent opal sparkles that give it a bit of a diamond cast finish to it. There is this precious opal resin on the bottom that is just the perfect icing on the cake. The nib holder fits comfortably in my hand because of the contour fit. I finally can join the ink swatch armies and create an ink journal. I am really excited about this product.
The bejeweled resin is beautiful. The nib holder works perfectly to hold my kakimori nibs, my speedball B nibs, and calligraphy nibs. It’s comfortable and fits inside a sample ink vial.
